The AI revolution is here. But today’s AI doesn’t actually think. That’s why we’re building Synthetic Intelligence, a technology that moves beyond predictive text to true comprehension and reasoning. This is AI that learns, thinks, and solves problems like a human. Join us as an early shareholder ahead of our commercial launch.

Sapiens combine human-like knowledge and comprehension with the processing power and data access of computers.
All sapiens will be continuously improved through regular updates and are expected to reach human-level intelligence – and beyond.
All sapiens have built-in guardrails and will take no initiative except as directed by their principal (the user).
Investment Catalysts
Sapiens Addressable Market is Anyone That Uses a Smartphone
Because the AI market is so large, capturing just a fraction of it could be worth billions in revenue for us.
Why Is It Different?
“Big Tech is Looking for the Next Step in AI. Sapience is the Last Step to AI.”
Learns and comprehends like a human
Understands the contextual meaning of language
Has common sense and human-curated knowledge
Steals creators’ intellectual property, liable to lawsuits
Promotes harmful biases in society
Spreads uncontrollable misinformation
Requires massive, expensive supercomputers
Solution
Solving the Biggest Problem in the $300B AI Industry
Cognitive Chemistry
Knowledge, like the physical world, has a hidden structure. We identified and classified these “cognitive atoms.”
Digital DNA
We assembled the cognitive atoms into a digital specification, a “cognitive core.”
World Model
We built a model of the commonsense world sufficient to decode and encode natural language.

How We Make Money
Sapiens Subscriptions
Our technology has applications for nearly every industry and market where human intelligence, judgment and knowledge are key. We will develop product lines of sapiens for individuals and organizations and a wide array of plug-in modules that can be downloaded from our online store. Pricing to individuals for the basic sapiens will be comparable to a music service or magazine subscription, attainable by most people who use a mobile device. Pricing to organizations will vary by market vertical.
Platforms and Licensing
We plan to offer licensing for the development of commercial-branded sapiens and embedded applications. We believe our business will become highly profitable. Our development costs are minuscule compared to current AI and automation technologies. Since sapiens are deployed on customer owned hardware, we are spared the major expense of data centers.

Roadmap
Use of Funds
New Sapience is a knowledge company dedicated to bringing sapiens with expert and professional knowledge to every commercial market vertical. These are the final steps needed to deploy our technology in our first consumer product, the Companion Sapiens. But they are the first steps of a journey that could transform our world.

FAQS
What’s your share price?
What is the minimum investment size?
The minimum investment size for this current round is $1,000.
What is the current valuation of the company?
Approximately $98,000,000.
Why should I invest?
We believe we are the first and only organization to have found a practical, scalable way to endow computers with both common and expert knowledge of reality. New Sapience is perfecting patented technology that finally delivers long-awaited thinking machines. Our technology can do what no other software can – acquire and apply knowledge – because it is the only software that understands what the words actually mean. Combining this ability with the speed, repeatability, connectivity, and perfect memories of computers would produce the ultimate machine, one that could potentially solve even the world’s most intractable problems and create unlimited productivity.
How will New Sapience make money?
Our technology has applications for nearly every industry and market where human intelligence, judgment and knowledge are key. We will develop product lines of sapiens for individuals and organizations on a subscription basis and a wide array of plug-in modules that can be downloaded from our online store for a fee. We also plan to offer platform licensing for people and organizations to develop their own commercial-branded sapiens and embedded applications.
How do I know people will buy this solution?
Millions of subscribers and thousands of major organizations already are paying for current LLM AI tools that don’t actually understand what the words mean, that generate incorrect but authoritative sounding answers, that propagate bias, and that pose significant privacy and security threats. Our technology comes with none of these flaws. Further, in addition to understanding the general world, our technology also learns, understands and remembers the details about its principal’s world, becoming a powerful personal or team assistant.
Why didn’t a bigger company do this already?
First, it is widely recognized that Big Tech excels at capitalizing on new technology. But instead of developing it internally, Big Tech generally obtains breakthrough technology by buying innovative small companies.
Second, as in prior seasons of peak AI, nearly all effort and attention are committed to the technology of the moment, which today is generative AI. Enormous resources (talent, money, hardware, energy, attention) are being directed toward leveraging and improving generative AI, with alternative research and approaches to AI ignored or even ridiculed in the stampede.
Third, the fundamental breakthroughs required to come up with our innovation lie far outside computer science – the realm of Big Tech – and require a radical departure from how AI has been understood and approached since its inception as a field at the 1956 Dartmouth Summer Research Project on Artificial Intelligence.
Our breakthroughs were developed over the course of a career spent seeking methods to curate and synthesize human knowledge into a digital information structure to produce revolutionary tools for practical applications like automating the operation of complex spacecraft and launch vehicles, literally rocket science.
Equally indispensable were breakthroughs in disciplines that could hardly be further from rocket science, the almost forgotten philosophies of Epistemology and Ontology. A rocket scientist and a philosopher. An unlikely combination, but our founder happens to be both.
How do you plan to use the proceeds from this funding round?
Proceeds from this and concurrent fundraising campaigns will be directed largely toward continued research and product development, with a smaller portion directed toward advertising and operations. Currently our technical efforts are focused on reaching what we call the “Tipping Point” milestone: we are targeting a level of general conversational language comprehension and articulation that will readily demonstrate that our technology works, thus reducing the need for us to justify and explain our contrarian approach.
What perks do I get for investing?
Investors who are current stockholders of Company common stock as of the day prior to the commencement of this offering will receive 30% bonus shares at no cost. Investors who invest prior to established target dates and more than established target amounts will receive bonus shares at no cost according to the tables displayed above. Investors who invest $10,000 or more will be entitled to a free lifetime subscription of a Companion Sapiens.
How do I get a return on my investment?
You should not invest any funds in this offering unless you can afford to lose your entire investment. Investing in startups is risky and there is no guarantee you will get your money back at all, let alone a return on your investment. However, company exits can provide opportunities for you to convert your shares into cash or a more liquid asset. Exits include going public, getting acquired, tender offers, and the company buying back shares. If the value of our company grows, then you have a higher potential of making a profit on your investment during one or more of these exits.
How many investors do you have already?
New Sapience currently has over 1,000 investors.
When will I receive my shares?
This offering involves “rolling closings.” Once we meet our target minimum amount for this offering, we may instruct the escrow agent to disburse offering funds to us. At that point, investors whose subscription agreements have been accepted will become our investors and their shares will be awarded. We anticipate triggering such closings and fund disbursements once per month during the course of this campaign.
Are there higher fees if you invest via credit card vs. ACH?
No, costs are the same, regardless of how you invest.
Will you be paying out dividends to investors?
